Since the purchasing information has been published in the Chinese Financial Newspaper, Shanghai Financial and Tax website, website of Shanghai Municipal Informatization Commission and http://www.shzfcg.gov.cn：8090/skzb/index.htm on April 25,2007, announcement of pre-winning the bid of the tax-controlled cash register organized by Shanghai Municipal Purchasing Center was published in June 8(bidding code:SHZFCG2007-SKJ001).
